Livosur - Sports Management Platform
I led end-to-end the development of a comprehensive web platform for the Livosur Volleyball League. I designed and implemented the public frontend in Next.js and TypeScript, allowing real-time visualization of fixtures, results, and standings. I developed the backend and backoffice with Node.js and PostgreSQL to manage registrations, transfers, payments, and statistics. I also handled the configuration, deployment, and support on a production VPS server. The project completely digitalized manual management based on multiple inconsistent Excel files.

MiEscuela - Government Educational Platform
I participated in the development and maintenance of MiEscuela, the critical educational management system of the Buenos Aires City Government. I worked with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL within a multidisciplinary agile team. The platform processes over 26 million monthly transactions, including logins, attendance records, grades, and assignments.

Conectados BAT - Loyalty PWA
I developed and maintained a mobile-first PWA for British American Tobacco's Conectados loyalty program, adapted to three variants per country: Conectados, Conectados con Vos, and Conectados Mayoristas. I implemented functionalities from frontend (Angular) and backend (Laravel + MySQL), optimizing the mobile experience and respecting local business rules. The platform reached an ecosystem of 15,000 to 20,000 monthly users, mainly point-of-sale workers. During monthly campaigns, it contributed to sales increases at affiliated points.

MyGlo - International E-commerce
I was part of the team that developed the official e-commerce for Glo (BAT) for the Bulgarian market, using React for the frontend and Laravel/MySQL for the backend. I implemented a parametrizable dynamic discount system that drastically reduced the need for new custom developments, allowing the client to adapt campaigns from the Backoffice. I also developed the referral program (MGM) with a points and rewards system that significantly increased interaction and registration of new users through invitation codes.

Copywol - Landing Page
I developed a professional landing page for Copywol, a company specialized in selling and renting copiers. I implemented the solution with Next.js, leveraging its server-side rendering (SSR) and static generation capabilities to maximize performance and SEO. I prioritized search engine optimization through structured metadata, schema markup, semantic URLs, and optimized performance (Core Web Vitals). The focus was to create a solid digital presence with maximum search engine visibility to organically capture potential customers.

Elegimos Red Point - Registration Portal
I led the comprehensive development of a user registration platform for Red Point, covering both the frontend in React (with design provided in Figma) and backend business logic. The main challenge was achieving an absolute level of visual precision, as the design team reviewed every component detail. I achieved a 100% faithful implementation to the design, validated by a highly demanding external team. The client expressed a high level of satisfaction with the visual and functional quality of the delivered solution.
