I prefer to work per project with defined scope, because it gives you cost certainty and allows me to optimize time. However, for continuous maintenance or long-term projects, I can work with monthly retainers. In all cases we sign a clear contract with deliverables, deadlines and payment terms.

Do you offer warranty or post-launch support?

Yes, I include 30 days of post-launch support at no additional cost for bugs or minor adjustments. After that period, I offer monthly maintenance plans that include: monitoring, security updates, backups, technical support and new features as needed. You can also hire me hourly for specific adjustments.

What do I need to have ready before starting?

Ideally you should have a clear idea and the problem you want to solve. If you have wireframes, mockups or a document with features, great, but it's not mandatory. In the Discovery phase we work together to define scope, priorities and technical architecture. If you already have a domain, hosting credentials or APIs you need to integrate, better, but I can help you get all that.

Do you work alone or with a team?

I work primarily as an individual freelancer, which means direct communication with me without intermediaries. For large projects that require professional UX/UI design or specialists (e.g., AI/ML), I have a network of trusted collaborators I can add to the project. I always inform you if I'm going to involve someone else.

Can I make changes during development?

Yes, absolutely. I work with agile methodology precisely for that. Every 1-2 weeks we have review meetings where you can see progress and adjust priorities. Minor changes are absorbed without problem. Major changes that affect the original scope are evaluated and may impact budget and timeline, but we always discuss it before implementing.

I choose these technologies because they are modern, scalable, have great community, and allow rapid development without sacrificing quality.
